A New Breath, A New Life – Our Daughter’s Adenoidectomy Surgery Journey Our daughter is only 6 years old. For a long time, she used to snore at night. At first, we did not think it was a serious problem. Some nights she snored loudly, and some nights it was less. She used to turn to her side while sleeping, and we adjusted her pillow to make her comfortable. We thought it was normal. One day, we visited an ENT doctor for our son’s treatment. Just casually, I asked the doctor about my daughter’s snoring. The doctor checked her nose carefully and told us that she needed an adenoid operation. We were shocked. Operation for our little girl? We could not believe it. She was so small, only 6 years old. As parents, it was very hard to accept. But after proper counselling and clear explanation from the doctor, we decided to trust him. With faith and courage, we agreed to the surgery. Today, we are so happy with our decision. Our daughter, who used to breathe through her mouth, now breathes normally through her nose. Her snoring is completely gone. She sleeps peacefully and wakes up fresh. She looks healthier and more active than before.
